Read this first

Public pages do not authorize private execution.

HELM workflows require connector contracts, approvals, receipts, evidence handling, and authority checks. Public forms do not create those approvals.

What this site is

This site is the public company site for Mindburn Labs. It explains HELM, the company behind it, public research, security material, and contact paths.

It does not run a paid service. It does not expose private customer, roadmap, rollout, or account status.

Code and workflow boundaries

Public code and workflow descriptions are informational. This website does not index private repositories, execute shell commands, mutate source files, authorize side effects, or accept private source code as evidence.

HELM product workflows require their own connector contracts, approvals, receipts, evidence handling, and authority checks. Public forms do not create those approvals.

Contact form limits

The contact form is for HELM evaluation, architecture review, security, research, investor, technical collaboration, and press questions. If submit is blocked, email contact@mindburn.org.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, private customer data, private documents, or regulated data through the public form.

What you can do

You can read every page. You can quote any page with attribution to Mindburn Labs and a link back. You can share the site freely.

Practical boundaries.

These notes cover the cases most likely to matter when you quote, link, inspect code, or contact Mindburn.

Do not imply approval.

Do not copy the site wholesale and present it as your own. Do not use Mindburn Labs marks or wordmarks to imply approval of another product.

Keep automated use reasonable.

Do not scrape the site at a rate that puts load on the host. Do not submit abusive, automated, or misleading contact requests.

Use repository licenses for code.

Where pages link to open-source repositories, those repositories carry their own licenses. Read the LICENSE file in each repo before you use the code.

External surfaces stay separate.

Links to HELM docs, HELM AI Kernel GitHub, peycheff.com, or future docs and console hosts leave mindburn.org. They may have their own terms or licenses.

No warranty.

The information on this site is provided as is. We try to be accurate. We do not guarantee that every detail is current at every moment.
